Cold Atlantic and Peter Kirk

My good buddy, Jared McCarthy, recently revived his blog Cold Atlantic. Jared and I grew up in the same neighborhood and spent a lot of time listening to and talking about music - with many of my favorite bands coming at his recommendation.

As I was surfing the Cold Atlantic last week, I came across Peter Kirk. From what I can tell, Peter Kirk is a one man operation who must be a production master because his EP, "Chasing Rainbows," is incredibly polished. Every little nuance in a track serves a kick ass purpose. Jared describes the music very well in his post. There seems to be some Paul Simon influence, too. Best. Check it out the tunes and check out Cold Atlantic. Neither disappoint.

British Dude Says More in his Sleep than I do in a day

I question whether this is real or simply a publicity stunt. However, this content should be shared - its pretty ridiculous. I was introduced to this blog yesterday. Apparently there is a guy in the UK who just does not shut up in his sleep. His wife caught on to him and started to write down/record his "musings" and then slapped them on this blog. I may be the last guy to have heard of this (he gets a lot of comments) but I thought I'd share it with the TCD community.

P.S. Is anyone reminded of a certain "Big Wave" when reading/hearing some of these?
