Fantasy Week 1 Starters

As a fantasy novice, I thought I would reach out to the masses to see what they thought of my Week 1 starters (the * indicates a starter):

QB - Matt Ryan, Atlanta *
QB - David Garrard, Jacksonville
RB - Steven Jackson, St. Louis *
RB - Ryan Grant, Green Bay *
RB - Reggie Bush, New Orleans
RB - Cadillac Williams, Tampa Bay
WR - Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona *
WR - Chad Ochocinco, Cincinnati *
WR - Pierre Garcon, Indianapolis *
WR - Steve Breaston, Arizona
WR - Devery Henderson, New Orleans
TE - Rob Gronkowski, New England *
TE - Alge Crumpler, New England
K - Stephen Gostkowski, New England *
DEF - Cincinnati *

I was really torn at QB, I thought that with Denver at home Garrard would be the better call vs. Ryan @ Pitt, but Ryan is clearly the better QB with a better supporting cast so I've decided to go with him. I also started Grant over Williams at RB even though the Packers play a tough Eagles DEF but I think he's a stronger back than Cadillac despite the Browns @ Bucs matchup. Larry Fitzgerald isn't even an easy decision for me with D. Anderson taking the reigns of the Arizona offense, but he's one of those guys that can break free for a long TD catch so I am leaving him in there (although Henderson is listed as the #2 receiver on the Saints). Hopefully Gronkowski gets going against Cinci...
