Auburn football in the news, again

Will driving into work this AM I heard on T&R that Auburn football has found its way into the news again thanks to the merging of stupidity and technology.

Freshman DB Jordan Spriggs posted on his Twitter account asking for academic assistance:

"man who is good at writing papers?????????????? i pay…"

Spriggs has 470 followers on Twitter which is modest compared to the big tweeters out there, but for a freshman DB it's enough that it will probably earn him a stern lecture from Head Coach Gene Chizik. Senior DE Antoine Carter said, "u gotta be the dumbest person in the world lol" and LB Daren Bates attempted to scold young Briggs as well: "youve gone too far mahn."

I doubt the University (loose use of the "U" word there, I know) will even issue a statement about this, they're probably still polishing the hardware, but it begs the question of whether or not the NCAA will take a harsher stance on student athletes and social media.
