
The annual shred fest for Cambridge and Oxford students apparently got a bit out of hand. The schools' combo ski trip to the French resort of Val Thorens was highlighted by a series of on-mountain competitions for which the winning prize was an all expenses paid trip courtesy of travel company Scott Dunn. Things started to go awry when, desperate for victory, teams started getting naked, and, in at least one instance, poured pasta sauce and smeared chocolate on their bodies. As one of the winners admitted to Cherwell, the Oxford student newspaper, "I sold my dignity for a free holiday."
