A train that never stops

From China: Here's the concept. A train would have detachable pods on top that when the train gets to the station would detach and coast to a stop with all of the people who want to get off of the train in the pod. At the same stop, another pod would be full of people and would be grabbed by the train. This enables the train to never actually make a stop and significantly improves the boarding time.
