How come Obama never goes out and tags buffalo with the Forest Service?

I'm kidding. However, see below, this is a shot of Putin out in the woods of Russia with some scientists putting a tracking device on a tiger. Tigers are a newly protected species in Russia and apparently Putin loves the creatures. In fact, he was given a tiger cub for his 56th birthday. Obama has an American Water Dog as his pet.
