Happy 20th Birthday to friend of TCD, Gavo "Manny" McNiven

I'm not sure who he is in this clip...Frank, Stiffler or Vince Vaughan as the clown...but he's definitely in there somewhere. Happy Birthday Manny...you don't look a day over 18.
