French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, affectionatley known in Paris as "Le Petit President" put on his best "I don't give a damn, I'm French look" in a recent discussion with Romanian President Traian Basescu, on the topic of Roma "gypsies" ahead of the EU Summit in Brussels. I would rate this pose a 9 out of 10 on the "snooty French" scale. The only reason it is not a perfect 10 is Nico does not have a goatee. Well done Sarkozy, well done.
