A NH man with 153 prior arrests was arrested for the 154th time in Kittery, ME this week. Paul Baldwin of NH was arrested in Kittery for stealing Budweiser 18 and 12-packs from a convenience store. I feel like arrest number 154 is but a minor inconvenience compared to the 30 beers he planned on enjoying that sultry June evening. Short Story here. *Photo from Maine Today
