Gross, but interesting data

The chart below details the findings from a $15 million study conducted by the EPA on cow emissions from state to state. Cow farts account for a significant portion of certain greenhouse gases (methane being the most obvious). Still, I don't plan to stop eating beef any time soon. (sorry)
