Suck it NASA!!!

Sorry, what I meant was that this is really cool and it only cost 500 pounds to create, launch and recover. Here are the basics: this seriously smart British dude sealed a small digital camera in a metal box and attached it to a helium balloon with a navigation system built in. He then launched it into the stratosphere - yes, that is high - where the pressure made the balloon pop sending the metal box and camera back to Earth. A parachute then deployed allowing the camera to descend slowly and snap photos on the way down. Because of the nav system, our really smart guy was able to track it down and recover the photos.
