Should the US build a high-speed rail system? Hell yes.

China already has a fairly large network of high-speed rail lines and as a result, some domestic airlines there have reduced ticket prices by 80%.

Below is a proposed map showing a possible high-speed rail network for the US.

Sorry South Dakota and Iowa, looks like people will still have to drive to get through your state as fast as possible without stopping.
